How long does it take to design and build an onboarding program?
Most onboarding projects run between 4 and 8 weeks depending on scope, the number of roles being covered, and how much existing content you have. Our discovery phase helps us estimate this early so there are no surprises.
What LMS platforms do you work with?
We have built onboarding programs in TalentLMS, Trainual, Thinkific, Kajabi, and Skool. As a Trainual Certified Partner, we know that platform inside and out. If you already have a platform in place, we will work with it. If you need help choosing one, we can guide you through the options.
Can you help if our current onboarding is a mess?
That is one of the most common starting points for our clients. Scattered Google Docs, tribal knowledge trapped in people's heads, and every department doing things differently. We audit what you have, extract what is worth keeping, and build a structured system that your team will actually use.
Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?
We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, but we work with businesses across Australia and internationally. Most of our onboarding design work is done remotely, with discovery sessions and reviews happening over video calls. For on-site workshops, we travel to you.
